MR. Gunda Prakash Rao’s journey in public service began in 1981 when he first became a councillor, followed by another term in 1986. In 1995, he was elected as a corporator, and in 2016, he commenced his current term as the Mayor. Throughout his career, he has held esteemed positions such as a board director for Kakatiya Urban Development Authority and AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited

Meet MR. Thatipalli Srinivas, a highly regarded figure as the Managing Director of Bhuvanasurya Developers. He is also known for his active involvement as a Board Member of Sri Kaleshwara Muktheshwara Swamy Temple, where his strong religious beliefs and spiritual practices shine through.
Thatipalli Srinivas firmly believes that investing in real estate is not just the best and safest way, but the only way to achieve true wealth. His wisdom and entrepreneurial spirit have guided him in organizing various spiritual events and yagams over the past decade. Most notably, the “అతి రుద్ర యాగము” held from December 15th to December 21st, 2019, in Warangal, Telangana. This seven-day event attracted an impressive gathering of around eight lakh (800,000) devoted participants. During the “అతి రుద్ర యాగము,” a daily annadanam (free food distribution) program was organized, serving 100,000 pilgrims each day at the Yaga Shala grounds. The event featured twelve yagna kundas (fire altars) spread across a twenty-acre area at Haya Greeva Chari Ground, with the rituals performed by a thousand ruthviks.
